What floor plans are available?
Cherry Tree offers both 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartment homes. The 1-bedroom apartments feature 1 bed and 1 bath, ranging from 528 to 672 square feet, while the 2-bedroom apartments offer 2 beds and 1 bath, ranging from 621 to 1,008 square feet.
Is anything available right now?
Current openings are listed live on our Availability page, straight from our leasing system. If nothing is showing, the community is full at the moment. Call the leasing office at (253) 581-0546 and we will let you know as soon as a home opens up.
How do I apply?
Applications are submitted online through our leasing system, which you can reach from the Apply Now page. Have your ID and proof of income ready. If anything is missing we will call you rather than leave the application sitting.
Is there laundry on-site?
Yes. The community has an on-site laundry facility, so there is no trip across Lakewood on a Sunday.
What is the parking situation?
The community has off street parking on 86th Street South. Contact the leasing office for details on assignment and availability.
What happens if something breaks?
Maintenance is onsite and on call 24 hours. Submit a request through the Resident Portal or call the leasing office during business hours.
