The application runs through our leasing system. Have your ID and proof of income ready and it takes about fifteen minutes.
We follow up
We review and get back to you. If anything is missing we will call rather than leave you guessing.

Before you apply
Cherry Tree offers 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes. The 1 bedroom is 1 bed, 1 bath, 528 to 672 square feet, starting at $1,245. The 2 bedroom is 2 bed, 1 bath, 621 to 1,008 square feet, starting at $1,335.
Availability changes week to week and is listed live on our Floor Plans page. If nothing is showing, the community is currently full. Call the leasing office at (253) 581-0546 and we will let you know as soon as a home opens up.

Yes. The community has an on site laundry facility, so there is no trip across Lakewood on a Sunday.
The community has off street parking on 86th Street South. Contact the leasing office for details on assignment and availability.
